52 card pick-up

2 days ago:
russell: "wanna play cards?"
me: "sure!"
russell: "oh wait, this deck only has 49 cards. rats. must have lost them in the move. oh well, here's another deck."

Tonight:
russell: "wanna play cards?"
me: "sure!"
russell: "oh wait, this new deck only has 42 cards. what's going on?!?!"

me: "uh.....oh boy.....maybe we should ask the guy who spent the last 2 days inside while we were at work..."

S hooks

a new home means a new jewelry solution, and I didn't want to make it too girly because my suite-mate is now a man.  so, with a package of wire and some S hooks  -  I'd say I had a successful crafts and arts day! :)

confession: I did say a cuss word when I accidentally stapled the receipt to the carpet when I was "testing" the staples in the gun.

just another normal day at home...

I have come to realize that my dear husband will always be working on some kind of project...and it will likely leave some kind of stain.

and that no matter where we live, my puppy will ALWAYS be the nap king.  inside or outside, it doesn't matter, naps will be had!!
