valentines ball-o-fun

found this idea for a surprise ball on a craft blog I frequent, sooo cute! I think streamers are an underutilized party decoration anyway, and this craft makes it multi-functional!!  brill.

and, don't be scared of the dinosaur - he seems harmless. :)
